African Cichlids

I just recently bought a couple of cichlids, and they all seemed to have adapted really well, and then suddenly one of my cichlids a (pundamilia/python island) stopped eating but still is moving actively in my tank. I notices a couple of small black spots below his mouth and now seems to have a few more than before. Is this a disease and if so what do I do?
